The project team working on the StarRez implementation has delayed their go-live date from mid February until March.
An email message has been sent to all UNK students asking them to set their password for accessing the MyBlue portal. (MyBlue will replace WebEASI.)

PeopleSoft Project News - January 7, 2010
Student Records is nearing completion of testing for CPP (Career/Program/Plan) before moving into Production. Enrollment history conversion will follow CPP. Preparation for student registration in March includes portal set-up, student self-service clean-up, class schedule finalization, set-up and testing of prerequisites, and campus training for advising.
Financial Aid is setting up and testing 2010-11 processing. The first 2010-2011 ISIRs should be loaded into PeopleSoft by February 1.
Admissions is live and accepting applications—undergraduate, graduate, and international—for the Fall 2010 term.

StarRez is in the hands of the StarRez consulting team as configurations and functionality is finalized for a February go-live date.
Servers have been configured for DegreeWorks. Deployment for this degree audit system is about to begin.
Data conversion continues. Phase 1 of CPP is almost complete. Premier, a third-party specializing in data conversion, has been hired to convert transfer credit information. Preparation for their work began this week.
The Bundle 16 timeline begins in mid-January with an update of production scheduled for late February.

PeopleSoft Project News - December 16, 2009
The StarRez team, including representatives from Residential & Greek Life, ITS, Student Accounts, Student Records and Admissions, have been meeting regularly with StarRez, the CCI consultant, and the Nebraska State College campus representatives to plan the interfaces between StarRez and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

Financial Aid is using PeopleSoft to work with the students newly admitted for Fall,2010.
Student Records is building the Fall, 2010, class schedule in PeopleSoft.

Admissions is attempting to follow up with applicants who have completed or partially completed the online admissions application but have not submitted the application.
Everyone is awaiting the installation in production of Bundle 14, a set of updates to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, so that review of Bundle 15 can begin.

Admissions is working on redesigning the application process so there is consistency among the five applications that talk to each other while the applicant enters the required information.

Graduate Admissions developed a document imaging and workflow application to integrate with their application process. That, too, is live.
Financial Aid has live functionality for Fall 2010 scholarships. (The Financial Aid go-live process will be a phased-in approach.)
